Material Procurement and Delivery (DDP)

Materials for producing t-shirts and backpacks are sourced from Guangzhou, China, and shipped via Shenzhen port to Portugal. The DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterm is used, meaning the supplier takes on all costs, including transportation, customs duties, and taxes, until the goods arrive at our warehouse in Portugal.

Production and Delivery of Products (FCA)

T-shirts are produced in Portugal, and backpacks continue to be shipped from China. After production, products are delivered to our stores in Antwerp and Ghent using the FCA (Free Carrier) Incoterm. We arrange the delivery from Portugal to these cities, transferring the goods to the carrier for further transport.

Sales and Delivery to End Customers

The finished products are available for purchase through our stores in Europe and online via our website. For delivery to customers, we also use the FCA Incoterm, transferring responsibility for transportation to the final carriers or logistics companies to ensure fast and convenient delivery of the goods.
